Abstract

In today’s demanding world the work-life balance has become a significant aspect for the employees working in various organizations. It generally ensures a balance between professional and personal life. To achieve a healthy work-life balance there would be several circumstances and situations. It is equally important for understanding the individual aspect. Moreover, a good work-life integration can lead to improvement in employees’ work productivity in the sector of the corporation. There can be an overall effect on the performance and well-being of individuals, which is better work-life balance. In addition, organizational culture has a key role in perceiving the employee benefits and following the policies.

The encouragement of a culture of trust and employee working hours can affect employee empowerment. For instance, a better work-life harmony can enhance problem-solving, performance, and improved decision-making at the workplace. It can lead to better commitments and a high level of motivation. Various challenges are related to job satisfaction, productivity, and interest in the job. This study shows that each factor contributes to performance enhancement and long-term engagement. However, there would be different groups of employees from various areas who come forward to support the organization. The success of an organization depends upon the better productivity of employees which indirectly depends on the balance of work and life.

WLB policies could support culture and address the needs of employees. A positive work environment can be achieved through high productivity of employees and gains in employee retention. Moreover, promoting well-being can lead to loyalty for employees and enhance success with diverse strategies. In general, the study shows that with better investment there could be better performance of employees. Hence, it can reduce stress levels by enhancing job satisfaction and opportunities. Many factors such as WBL and policies influence diverse cultures and industries both for organizations and employees. Overall, with consistent support, it can bring innovation to employees and organizations.
