Abstract

Chronic diseases are growing as the biggest health challenge worldwide which has affected many individuals. Controlling these circumstances needs patient engagement, constant monitoring, and loyalty towards treatment planning’s. However the main purpose of this research is evaluating the impact of digital health technology on the management of chronic diseases through concentrating on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Wearable technology, telemedicine platforms, and mobile health applications are instances of digital health technologies that might assist with overseeing chronic illnesses better. However these tools are useful for the patients to control and monitor their health conditions, receive customized treatment planning’s, and stay engaged with health care.

The role of digital health technology in chronic diseases management using mixed methods approach is evaluated in this study.  The qualitative insights are collected from the healthcare providers and the patients. Quantitative information gathered through usage of digital tools such as mobile applications, and other wearable devices by the patients. Moreover  It efficiently helps to evaluate the changes in the patient’s health. Moreover the outcome from this analysis involves decreased hospitalization, loyalty towards treatment planning, and enhanced self-health management. It also provides the patterns involved in various patient circumstances and demographics.

The qualitative section of this study generates effective insights into the views and experiences of individuals who are using digital health technology. Conducting the interviews with the patients, healthcare experts and providers. It would, be helpful to display difficulties that engage in privacy concerns. This study also emphasizes the advantages of using digital health technology such as personalized healthcare and improved communication between patients and healthcare contributors. Finally, for improving patientcare and boosting the efficacy of healthcare framework these findings would direct the future integration of digital health technologies in handling chronic diseases.
