The main intention of this healthcare service is to build trust in patients and to guide patients about their health journey. To make this happen, they use some strategies such as marketing research, sharing valuable content through social media platforms, responding to inquiries, and posting tips to solve their problems, etc. are used. However, making these helps to reduce the risk of some health problems, saves money, and benefits the environment. This study aims to talk about healthcare marketing on consumers ‘choices.

A mixed method approach that consists of quantitative and qualitative provides information about healthcare marketing. However the quantitative informs about numerical data filled. This method provides information about factors that influence healthcare services. Not only about services but also surveys tell about different variables like the role of reputations in the market and effectiveness from different marketing channels. Using statistical analysis helps to identify strategies for marketing. Moreover the qualitative provides information through interviews with healthcare providers, patients, and marketing professionals. These interviews help to know how the services are working and tell about changes in services and strategies. It also helps to improve the quality, value, and accessibility of healthcare services.

This research tells about the influence of healthcare marketing on consumer choices. Moreover healthcare marketing attracts patients to hospitals by building trust by solving their problems by providing tips through online platforms. Surveys help to know better about the performance of it. However utilizing some statistical analysis that helps to identify strategies in marketing. Interviews inform about healthcare, quality, value, and working. Finally this study recommended some changes and strategies that help to improve healthcare services in the market.
