Abstract

The data analytics identify the data patterns and insights of a large data by utilizing the data analytic models and tools. Generally the data analytics are very significant in enabling valuable insights for decision making. This report explores the data analytics and its influence on employee performance management. However this report identifies the data analytics and its role in evaluating the performance of the employees, enhancing the operational productivity of the employees and providing important feedback on employee performance. Moreover the employee performance management is highly dependent on the data analytics. To make decisions related to development programs for the enhancement of employee performance.

To obtain the required data on the employee performance management and how it is influenced by the data analytics the report considers the mixed-method research methodology.  However this data consists of the employee efficiency levels and the engagement of employees at the workplace. This report examines how the performance effectiveness can be achieved by the data-driven management decisions. This analysis also examines the role of data analytics in setting the performance goals for the employees.

This research approach involves the detailed discussions with the management teams, HR’s, employees.
