Abstract

Public healthcare systems need to maintain financial sustainability over the long run to provide quality services for all patients. However, research assessed sustainability indicators by employing a combination of quantitative financial analysis and qualitative stakeholder perspectives. The quantitative component included analysis of government budgets, trends in expenditure, revenues, and operating costs. Whereas quantitatively assessed financial analysis performance. Moreover, qualitative offered by healthcare administrators, policymakers, and providers complement each other for a valid picture. Besides, it is related to day-to-day challenges that affect strategic decision-making. Henceforth, the research shows a holistic understanding of the factors affecting the sustainable future of public healthcare systems.

Statistical regression analysis and other evaluation techniques process these data to reveal important sustainability impact factors. Such analysis detects essential financial elements that demonstrate the public healthcare system’s stamina while identifying major financial difficulties.  Furthermore, healthcare administrators, policymakers, and providers participate in semi-structured interviews as part of qualitative research. Additionally, stakeholders present their views regarding system operational issues and resource management difficulties. Through stakeholder input, the study enhances its analysis as it offers real-world explanations and finds instances of financial data.

In fact, implemented strategies work to modify mainstream healthcare system flaws while creating equal care service access for everyone. The investigation links financial data evaluation with stakeholder fieldwork to develop a comprehensive framework that evaluates public healthcare financial sustainability. In summary, research foundation enables healthcare systems to improve their economic and social adaptation. Finally, it helps in creating operational decisions as well as policy development for resilience.
