Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has basically changed the business landscape and driven its competition to become agile and adaptive. This research takes a deep look into the impact surrounding organizational agility from the influence of digital transformation. Digital Technologies integration is performed across all facets of an organization. Moreover, it enables adaptability and competitiveness in a dynamic environment. This study significantly explores how digital change affects organizational agility. It identifies the key enablers and barriers to achieving this change . In addition, existing studies share an opinion regarding the significance of digital change and organizational agility. However, researchers know very little about how they interrelate and which mechanisms enhance the agility using these technologies.

This indicates a lack of knowledge of how such technologies are instrumental to organizations’ pursuit of agility, as well as which difficulties exist during implementation. The aim of this research is to fill in the knowledge gap regarding practical experiences with organizations. Considering these dynamics can provide actionable insights into organizations trying to exploit the potential of digital technologies for increased agility. The researchers adopt mixed-research technique in analysis, producing qualitative facts using semi-structured interviews with staff and executives.

Quantitative data is gathered by conducting surveys in respect of organizational key performance indicators. For instance, it is related to adaptability, responsiveness, and competitive advantage. This integrated approach, therefore, helps provide a more comprehensive insight into the complex automation of agility network. The findings indicate exactly how digital technologies, such as cloud platforms which allow for scaling. Whereas data analytics support data-driven decision making, contribute to organizational agility. In summary, the research identifies significant barriers including resistance to change, lack of digital skills, and integration.
