Besides, to remain in the lead as online shopping continues to increase, businesses need to enhance user experiences. Moreover, increase conversion rates, and modify marketing strategies to accommodate evolving customer demands. The research examines a range of web interactions, including page views as well as click-through rates, and browsing behavior.

Additionally, the study presents helpful information regarding how customers utilize online platforms and make purchasing decisions. A mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative findings from the customer interviews. Whereas it uses quantitative measures from web interactions are employing to achieve this.
