Abstract

In the existing globalized economy, businesses undergo different challenges for navigating distinct cultures when growing into the international marketplaces. For succeeding, one must be able to understand and adjust to these cultural changes. cultural Intelligence is the capability to communicate and collaborate successfully in diverse cultural contexts. However CQ has become crucial expertise as companies aim to expand and succeed in international markets. Moreover this reflects a direct impact on how the organizations consider concessions, develop the relationships over international wide, and handle the teams efficiently. This research presents the role of CQ in driving success within international business.

Companies could effectively understand the cultural traces which influence the decision-making procedures and improve the entire performance through leveraging CQ. For evaluating the role of CQ in international achievement this study combines qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys. However the engagement of the quantitative analysis helps to find the association between the performance indicators of organization and CQ scores of business executives. Basically this information will offer effective information about the ways in which CQ influences particular business outcomes. Involving qualitative interviews with managers of multinational corporations analyzes how cultural intelligence could be used practically in team management, resolution of conflicts.

The outcomes of these interviews would help to understand the impact of CQ on international business operations. Generally the results of this mixed-methods study will provide practical suggestions for the organizations which are looking to enhance their competitiveness in the universal markets.
