Abstract

This analysis explains the Augmented Reality (AR) roles and approaches to providing a better user experience. The research focused on retail and marketing perspectives to demonstrate augmented reality and its roles in fulfilling customer demands. Moreover, it is utilized in various fields to provide product visualization in a real-world environment. Such a process supports the users to know the utilization of a product or service virtually. Furthermore, research shows the significance of product visualization, interactive exploration, virtual implementation, and decision-making. Also, it elaborates on AR applications such as retail, automotive, and house appliances.

The study follows a mixed approach to collect essential details regarding augmented reality roles to provide better customer experiences. Besides, the qualitative approach includes groups, interviews, and observations to collect information. This includes user experiences and their perceptions, motivational concerns, consumer behaviors through observations, and key issues with AR. Whereas quantitative analysis includes surveys analytical approaches and testing processes to understand customer experience. Hence, combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches offers AR approach data to enhance customer experiences.

The research discusses the benefits of using AR technology in a business. For example, it includes increasing customer satisfaction, providing virtual real experiences, and improving brand perceptions. Moreover, it addresses challenges such as user adaptation due to many consumers and their behaviors. Customers need high-quality requirements and device compatibility because every device will not support the AR effectively. Finally, the findings help businesses understand AR services and ensure to improve profitability by considering customer experiences.
