Abstract

The use of the Community health programs to play a critical role in addressing the public health issues and to improve the overall wellbeing of people. The use of the programs helps towards improving and focusing on populations specific in nature. To enhance their health behaviors and towards promoting prevention of diseases. It is through the study that helps to evaluate the effectiveness of these programmer by the use of mixed method approach. However the use of the mixed method approach helps to collect qualitative and quantitative data to measure the impact. The method of collection of the data includes surveys health screening and interviews that helps to provide insights.

It is through quantitative analysis that do include post and prepaid assessment that measures disease prevalence capturing the experience where perspectives challenges and behavioral changes are discussed over the period of time. Moreover the results do reflect and contribute to the significance to that of the chronic disease management and that of awareness of overall health concerns. The study also increase the knowledge about heath to ensure greater engagement and also to ensure preventive behaviors

The research demonstrates the requirement for customized program approaches that handle difficulties which exist in individual communities. However  new Community Health Programs systems need focus. To their budgeting strategies and outreach solutions on broadened accessibility for better reachability. It is the program needs continued involvement to achieve enduring health improvements. Generally, healthcare providers along with policymakers need to work together to develop improved versions of such programs. It helps towards considering both community requirements and available resources will support Community Health Programs to achieve optimal results. Finally through their findings this study presents actionable suggestions which help developers create lasting health improvement programs across different cultural groups.
