A wellness program addresses employee’s mental emotional and physical well-being Increases their energy levels and helps to focus in a better way to improve overall production. The ultimate achievement is improved employee engagement and performance. Conducting mixed research explodes the hilt and wellness program essential factors.

The findings in the research support the new entrants or businesses to know the impact of adopting health and wellness programs in the workplace. That leads to various benefits such as reducing employee stress on their regular work. Improves their physical and mental abilities because of showing concern for each individual. Improves the ability to control anxiety depression and stress in their work. Engaging employees improved with great job satisfaction. However the research explored various researchers and case studies to understand and develop effective programs from nutrition centers health fitness centers and employee assistant programs.
