Abstract

The study combines both quantitative data on patient results with qualitative information from healthcare administrators and providers. However the quantities analysis compares the main metrics involving readmission rates, patient satisfaction, and treatment results. Outcomes show various improvements in the clinical results, mainly in care coordination and patient safety. Finally, adapting initiatives to the requirements of healthcare will reduce the effect on the operational and clinical outcomes. Improving the QI program is important for enhancing patient care and healthcare quality.
