The hospitality industry also utilizes business strategy by rewarding points to customers who regularly use their services. Such points are used for getting discounts on medical tests, medicines, and doctor consultation fees. This program also helps to build the trust of customers and their satisfaction and get in new customers. However, the study describes the effectiveness of loyalty programs that are happening in the hospitality industry.
Mixed method approaches are a combination of both qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data by interviewing hospitality professionals and loyal consumers of the hospitality. That helps to design factors and conduct interviews to know more about features such as rewards and offers. For instance, it helps to improve program offerings in potential areas. Whereas quantitative data presents the statistical facts of loyalty programs and knows about satisfaction and repeat visit rates. By using statistical techniques, analyzing and designing data accordingly helps to identify different fields of data. Moreover, it demonstrates how customers are using these services and their feedback about these services.
Therefore, research is beneficial on how effectively the hospitality industry is using loyalty programs and acquiring profits with these programs. Such a strategy helps to get new consumers and long-term relationships with existing consumers. Another point is collecting feedback from customers on hospitality and understanding the use of such services.
